Refunds and Returns Policy

At The Surgi Nurse, we strive to provide high-quality services and resources to support your nursing career. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Checklists, Downloads)
All digital products are delivered electronically.
Because they cannot be “returned,” all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
2. Services (Resume Writing, Mentoring, Career Packages)
Services are tailored to your individual needs.
Refunds will only be considered before work has commenced. Once a service has started, refunds are not available.
If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us at hello@thesurginurse.com.au and we will work with you to resolve the issue (including revisions where applicable).
3. Physical Products (if applicable in future)
If we offer physical items (e.g., nursing-themed merchandise), we will provide details on returns and exchanges specific to those items at checkout.
4. Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made with reasonable notice (before work begins) may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
