All services (resume writing, coaching, mentoring) and digital downloads are provided as described on the website.
Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded.
Service bookings require full payment upfront unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna). We do not store your card details.

Digital products: Non-refundable.
Services: Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis if services have not yet commenced.

All website content, resources, and digital downloads are owned by The Surgi Nurse. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute without permission.

We provide career advice, resources, and mentoring in good faith. We do not guarantee job placement, employment outcomes, or specific results.
